Pam doll by Deluxe Reading

Body Construction
Pam appears to have been made using the Candy Fashion head mold, but her body is much smaller. Her total height is 19". She has a rigid vinyl body with softer vinyl head, short brunette hair, beautiful blue sleep eyes with brush lashes, and no earring holes. She is jointed at neck, shoulders and hips only. Her fingernails and toenails are unpainted.

The markings on the back of her head are "21HH/K102".

Deluxe Reading appears to have used Pam as a means of using up leftover Candy Fashion clothing. She has been found in not only the pink chiffon outfit, but also in Candy's blue suit. This doll wears generic white plastic shoes which fit her feet, but the doll in the suit was wearing the shoes that were made for Candy, which are far too large for her. For more details on the outfits, see the Candy Fashion page.

Pam was sold in an open-faced cardboard package covered with pink and blue graphics. The style of the graphics suggest that she was perhaps issued in the mid-sixties.
