The red tables are 8′ rounds for the dynamic dialogs, the blue tables are 6′ rounds for the luncheon. With 8 people at each table we could seat 80 max. The green tables are for the helpers and the purple tables are for the buffet. It looks a bit tight to me, but may be doable. Keep in mind there will be a whole lot of chairs in here too. If we take the whole 3,000 sq ft, obviously we can spread it all out and be a bit more comfortable. The 2,000 sq ft will cost us $600 and the $3,000 sq ft is $900.
